Buying Video Conferencing in Oman

How the room will be used

The dividing question in Oman is how the room will actually be used. A government or corporate boardroom that always runs the same platform is usually best served by a dedicated room system with its own controller. A university seminar room or a hotel meeting suite, where every visitor arrives with their own laptop, needs a bring-your-own-device arrangement instead, with a USB video bar or a wireless presentation receiver that serves whatever software the guest is running. Room size then sets the camera's field of view and how many microphone pickup points you need.

Are the devices Microsoft Teams or Zoom certified?
