Can you quote for a government tender?
Yes. We quote tender quantities with manufacturer datasheets and technical compliance sheets, addressed to the entity you name. Put the tender reference and closing date in your first message so we can work to it.
Do you supply equivalent models?
Only where your specification permits it. Equivalents are clearly marked, with side-by-side specifications against the requested model.
Are documents available in Arabic?
Quotations are available in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can installation happen outside working hours?
Installation dates and working hours are agreed with your facilities team before the visit. If work must happen outside normal hours, tell us and the quotation will confirm whether it can be arranged.
