Wireless Presentation
Wireless presentation systems let anyone in the room put their screen on the display without a cable — through a transmitter button at the table, a client application, or casting from a laptop or phone. In practice they solve two problems at once: the missing adapter, and the delay while a guest hunts for the right cable at the start of a meeting.

The choices that matter are how the system authenticates and joins the network, since that is the point at which government and healthcare IT departments most often reject a product; whether users must install software or a hardware button is issued with the room; how many people can share at once, and whether the display can show more than one source side by side; and whether touch-back is supported, so an interactive panel can control the connected laptop rather than only mirroring it.
