Description
The Angekis Torpedo ATO-01 is a 4K personal webcam for one user at a desk or laptop. It records 4K UHD at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps from a 1/2.8" 8.42MP UHD CMOS sensor behind an F1.8 lens with a 65° horizontal and 80° diagonal field of view. Landscape and portrait shooting modes are supported, and phase-detection autofocus (Angekis Accelafocus) locks focus in under 0.1 second.
A single USB-C cable carries power, video, audio and control, and UVC and UAC support gives compatibility with most video conferencing software. Output formats are MJPG and YUY2, with ePTZ digital zoom of 2× at 1080p and 3× at 720p. A built-in omnidirectional microphone picks up voice at 3–5 m. Image processing includes WDR, backlight compensation, 2D/3D noise reduction and mirror/flip. The metal-cased body measures 76 mm × ϕ48 mm and weighs 0.13 kg, with a silicone privacy lens cover, a collapsible bracket stand and a 1/4-20UNC tripod thread.
Ideal for: Executive desks, home-office and hot-desk setups, remote teaching from a staff laptop, and telehealth consultations in Oman where one person joins the call.
