Excels in low-light: 0.01 Lux minimum illumination with selectable white balance modes (Auto, Manual, Indoor, Outdoor, Sodium Lamp, Fluorescent Lamp) and active BLC. 2D and 3D noise reduction maintains video clarity in challenging acoustics.
Multi-mode focus operation includes Auto, Manual, AutoTracking, and OnePush modes. Pan range ±170° with tilt range -30° to +90° enables comprehensive room coverage. Powered by USB 3.0 or optional 12V DC adapter. Control via USB 3.0 and RS232/RS485 supports up to 128 VISCA presets with 0.2° accuracy. Compatible with 10+ platforms: Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business, Zoom, Google Hangout, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, BlueJeans, and others.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
