Description
The Yealink ZVC400 is a second-generation Zoom Rooms appliance built for modern conference deployments. It combines a 20MP camera with 133-degree field of view and AI-powered framing technology: auto-framing automatically adjusts the image to keep all participants centered, speaker tracking follows the active talker, and face detection ensures participants remain sharply in focus.
Audio processing uses a beamforming microphone array with multi-technology noise suppression: echo cancellation, dereverberation, and full-duplex technology for natural two-way conversation. The integrated touch controller (MTouch II) handles calendar integration and meeting control, while MCore mini-PC (Windows 10 IoT) runs Zoom Room software. Wired and wireless content sharing via direct ultrasonic sharing lets participants present from any device without separate hardware.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
