Sony low-illumination sensor delivers high-quality video in varied lighting. ePTZ with 5× digital zoom allows remote framing adjustment without repositioning hardware.
Integrated 5-metre-range omnidirectional microphone with full-duplex audio, automatic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, and noise suppression. 10W built-in speaker handles both far-end audio and local alert tones. Fixed-focus optics eliminate focus hunting during movement. USB 3.0 Type-B connection; headphone jack 3.5 mm and DC jack 4.0 mm support both local monitoring and powered operation.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
