Description
The MAXHUB UC-W31 is a compact video bar engineered for integrated video conferencing on Microsoft Teams and other unified communication platforms. It combines a 4K UHD camera with a 120-degree field of view and AI-powered auto-framing to deliver natural, adaptive video presence in small to medium meeting spaces.
The unit is equipped with digital zoom (5×) enabling flexible participant framing without requiring repositioning. At 175g and measuring just 85 × 63 × 68.2mm, the UC-W31 offers minimal visual footprint while maintaining robust video quality. USB-C connectivity simplifies integration with laptops and conferencing endpoints. Device management is available via MAXHUB ALIGN and MAXHUB Pivot. A 3-year advanced replacement warranty is included.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
