The Tap IP is a 10.1 inch capacitive touch controller designed for integrated meeting room management. Powered by a single PoE connection, the device integrates an ultrasonic speaker, PIR motion sensor, accelerometer and ambient light sensor for environmental awareness and user interaction optimisation. The controller supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet platforms with full certification. The compact footprint measures 246.2 mm width × 171.3 mm depth × 56.1 mm height and carries 56% post-consumer recycled material with carbon-neutral certification.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
