Rugged protective features include anti-fingerprint coating, 6 mm touch-through glass with 7H hardness, IP65 front ingress rating, and 60950 ball drop test certification. Supports HID touch protocol on compatible operating systems. Includes HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA connectivity.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
