Description
The EloPOS Pack is a sealed Windows 10 IoT Enterprise compute module built for retail and hospitality point-of-sale systems. It pairs an Intel Core i5-9500TE processor, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and 256GB SSD storage with integrated Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and Gigabit Ethernet, all within a compact fanless design mounted to a standard touchscreen.
Connectivity spans 1×HDMI output, 1×USB-C (USB 3.0, DisplayPort, up to 27W power delivery), 5×12V powered USB, 1×24V powered USB, 1×RJ50 serial port with EPSON cash drawer pinout, and an audio jack. TPM 2.0 and Intel vPro enable secure multi-user scenarios and remote management. Typical power draw runs 55.34W under load, dropping below 3W in sleep mode.
Ideal for: Multi-lane retail POS systems, hospitality payment terminals, and kiosk applications requiring Windows ecosystem compatibility and onboard compute with 3-year coverage.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
