Description
The Elo Wallaby Pro countertop stand (E989127) is the base unit of Elo's Wallaby Pro self-service family. It holds a 22-, 24- or 27-inch Elo touchscreen in portrait orientation together with a compute device, a 3-inch receipt printer and payment peripherals, with cables and the power brick kept inside the stand. It measures 790 × 400 × 350 mm and weighs 18.5 kg.
Display compatibility covers the 22" Android I-Series 4, the 22" Windows I-Series 2, and the 24" 2402L/2403LM and 27" 2702L/2703LM touchscreen monitors. Compute options are the Elo Backpack 4 (Android), the ECMG4 (Windows 10), or an Intel NUC or third-party PC up to 127 × 127 × 51 mm. Supported printers include the Epson TM-T88, Star TSP654 and Bixolon SRP-350. Payment terminals fit through Elo EMV cradles that carry their own part numbers, and adding wall mount kit E990079 turns the countertop stand into a wall-mounted kiosk. The stand is ADA compliant.
Ideal for: Self-order counters in quick-service restaurants, check-in points in hotels and clinics, and ticketing and information counters in retail and government service centres across Oman.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
