The system ships with either Windows 10 or Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, both providing 10-year security support and stability—ideal for deployments that may span multiple OS generations. At 8GB DDR5 memory and 256GB SSD storage, it handles typical business applications, form entry, and cloud services smoothly. The i3 processor delivers sufficient performance for mobile kiosks, field service tablets, and light back-office workloads without premium pricing.
The 15.6" Full HD display achieves 350 nits brightness, ensuring readability in outdoor markets, sun-exposed retail floors, and mobile environments. TouchPro PCAP offers 10-touch input at 25 msec response—adequate for rapid staff or customer interactions. At 170° viewing angles, multiple users can view the screen comfortably. Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
