The ELO E850204 is a compact 15.6-inch interactive touchscreen computer delivering 1920 × 1080 Full HD resolution via LED backlit LCD. Powered by an Intel Core i3-9100TE processor with Intel UHD Graphics 630, it runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 64-bit with 8GB DDR4 RAM (expandable to 32GB) and 128GB M.2 SATA SSD. This configuration suits mobile deployments, satellite offices and field operations.
TouchPro PCAP technology enables 10-point capacitive touch with 80°/160° viewing angles (horizontal and vertical). The LCD panel reaches 300 nits brightness; PCAP overlay delivers 270 nits, ensuring visibility outdoors and in high-ambient retail environments. Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, 4× Micro USB for Elo peripherals, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5GHz), and Bluetooth 5.0. Integrated 2W × 2 speakers plus 3.5mm headset jack provide audio I/O.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
