The Core i5-9500TE processor with Intel UHD Graphics 630 and 9M Smart Cache offers computing performance comparable to the Windows 10 variant while providing freedom to install purpose-built operating systems such as Linux, custom Windows CE variants, or proprietary OSes. TouchPro PCAP supports 10 simultaneous touches. Comprehensive connectivity via Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, and Gigabit Ethernet enables integration into networked systems. Built-in stereo audio, USB 3.0, and micro USB ports provide peripheral and accessory support essential for field operations.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
