Description
The EloPOS Pack (E948397) offers entry-level compute for interactive display and kiosk integration. Built on Intel Core i5-9500TE (9M Smart Cache, up to 3.60 GHz) with 128GB SSD and 16GB DDR4 RAM, it addresses cost-sensitive POS and signage deployments where performance headroom is not critical. No operating system shipped; customers install Windows, Linux, or purpose-built OS as needed.
Despite the compact configuration, this unit maintains full I/O capability: Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac Wi-Fi (2.4/5GHz, 2T2R), Bluetooth 5.0, and full-function USB Type-C with DisplayPort and up to 27W power delivery. RJ50 cash drawer port (12V/24V switchable) integrates payment hardware. Kensington locks and field-serviceable design support retail and hospitality deployment. Power consumption remains efficient at 55.34W on-load, with aggressive sleep features (<2W EUP-enabled) ideal for extended kiosk duty cycles. MTBF 50,000 hours.

Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
