Description

The Elo EloPOS Pack is a compute engine for point-of-sale and self-service systems. It is a module rather than an all-in-one terminal, so it pairs with a separate Elo touchscreen or a third-party display. Configurations span Intel Celeron G4900T, Core i3-9100TE, Core i5-9500TE and Core i7-9700TE on the Intel Q370 Express chipset, with a 128GB M.2 SATA SSD as standard and 256GB or 512GB upgrades. Memory ships as a single 4GB or 8GB DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM and expands to 64GB across four slots.

Connectivity is built around retail peripherals: one 24V and five 12V powered USB ports, a full-function USB-C port carrying USB 3.0, DisplayPort and up to 27W, plus HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, an RJ50 serial connection and a 12V/24V cash drawer port. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and TPM 2.0 are included, and the 276 × 37 × 237.5 mm chassis brackets under a counter. A 180W external power brick and a three-year warranty are standard.

Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
