Description
The Elo EloPOS Pack 2 (no OS) is a bare-metal OPS compute module on 14th-gen Intel Raptor Lake, designed for integrators and enterprise IT who require flexible operating system control. It connects to Elo interactive displays or standalone monitors via USB-C, HDMI, or legacy 12V-powered USB.
This variant is powered by an Intel Core i5-14500T processor with 24MB Smart Cache and Turbo Boost up to 4.8 GHz, 8GB DDR5 RAM, and 256GB NVMe storage. The module includes Intel UHD Graphics 770, TPM 2.0, and Intel vPro support for security and remote management. Network options include Wi-Fi 6E (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax across 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, and Gigabit Ethernet. Connectivity comprises six USB 3.0 ports, powered USB ports, and a full-function USB-C with power delivery.

Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
