Description
The Elo Backpack 4 (Standard Model, Android 12) is a capable HDMI compute module for enterprise Android deployments requiring higher performance and longer-term OS support. Built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, it is upgradeable to Android 12 via the OS360 subscription path and ships with Android 10 as the base.
This configuration includes 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage with micro-SD expansion capability. Maximum HDMI resolution is 3840×2160 at 30fps. Network connectivity spans Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac via external antenna), and Bluetooth 5.0. Ports include four USB 3.0 connections and full-function USB-C. Operating power is 9.9W with sleep drawing 3.2W and powered-off mode consuming 0.4W. VESA 75mm and 100mm wall mounting and EloView enterprise management are both supported. Two-year warranty included.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
