Description
The Elo Backpack 4 runs Android 12 on a Rockchip RK3399 (Value Model) processor with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB eMMC storage. As a plug-and-play media engine for Elo touchscreens, it delivers native Android apps, Google Play Services, and EloView deployment tools for centralized content management across networked displays.
Video output reaches 3840×2160 @60fps via HDMI or USB-C. Connectivity spans 4×USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5 (external antenna), micro-SD card slot, and GPIO pins for sensor or relay integration. System operates 0°C to 40°C. On-mode power draw is 3.2W; standby drops to 0.3W with sleep at 2.1W. VESA 75mm and 100mm mount options support displays up to 65 inches.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
