Description
The Elo Backpack 4 (Standard Model) with Android 10 is a robust, compact compute module for enterprise digital signage, interactive kiosks, and collaborative displays. Built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, it delivers strong performance in a fanless, low-power form factor ideal for mounting directly behind interactive panels or within display enclosures.
The system includes 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage with micro-SD expansion. It runs Android 10 with Google Play Services enabled and offers AOSP compatibility for custom development. Maximum HDMI output resolves to 3840×2160 at 30fps. Connectivity comprises Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac via external antenna), Bluetooth 5.0, four USB 3.0 ports, and full-function USB-C. GPIO pins enable sensor and accessory integration. Operating power consumption is 9.9W, dropping to 3.2W in sleep mode and 0.4W when off. VESA 75mm and 100mm mounting and EloView enterprise management platform support are included.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
