Description
The Elo Backpack 4 (Value Model) is an ultra-compact compute module for enterprise Android deployments on interactive displays and digital signage. Its fanless, fanless design and minimal footprint make it ideal for retrofit installations and space-constrained environments.
Based on the Rockchip RK3399 processor with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage, this model runs Android 10 with Google Play Services and is AOSP-capable for custom modifications. Maximum HDMI output resolves to 3840×2160 at 60fps. The module includes Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac via external antenna), Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.0 (four ports), and full-function USB-C. A micro-SD card slot enables storage expansion. Operating power consumption is minimal at just 3.2W, dropping to 2.1W in sleep mode and 0.3W when powered off. VESA 75mm and 100mm mounting and EloView management readiness are included.
Ideal for: Educational institutions, corporate meeting rooms, small-venue digital signage, and government facilities across Oman deploying Android-based interactive applications without system integration complexity.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
