Description
The Elo 2702L is a 27" commercial touchscreen monitor running at 1920 × 1080 on an active matrix TFT LCD. TouchPro projected-capacitive technology gives edge-to-edge glass and up to 10 simultaneous touches, with a 14 msec response time. The panel is rated at 300 nits, measuring 270 nits through the TouchPro layer, and this unit is the without-stand configuration with clear glass. Viewing angles reach 89°/89° horizontally and vertically, or 178° total on each axis.
Two 2W speakers are built in, and video arrives over VGA or HDMI with both cables supplied. A USB 2.0 Type A port and four Micro USB side ports on the top, bottom, left and right edges accept Elo Edge Connect accessories, and a VESA 4-hole 100 mm pattern handles wall, pole or tabletop mounting. Elo lists MSR, barcode scanner, fingerprint reader, NFC and a customer-facing display as optional Edge Connect peripherals for this model; none of them ships with the monitor and each is ordered separately. The monitor carries a three-year standard warranty.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
