The ELO 2494L with bezel is a 23.8-inch Full HD touchscreen designed for professional displays in retail, hospitality, and corporate settings. The bezel variant provides structural mounting points for integration into kiosks, enclosures, and furniture. TouchPro PCAP technology delivers reliable single-touch input with fast 16ms response time. 1920×1080 resolution at 60Hz provides sharp images for transactional interfaces, digital signage, and information displays.
TouchPro PCAP brightness of 225 nits suits well-lit retail and office environments. 89°/178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles ensure visibility from multiple vantage points. Serial port (RS232) on bezel models enables direct integration with payment processors and ancillary hardware. DisplayPort V1.1a, HDMI 1.3, and VGA analog input provide flexible connectivity to legacy and modern systems. Integrated mounting brackets and bezel mounting interfaces simplify installation in commercial fixtures and OEM enclosures. 200mm×100mm VESA mount on rear accommodates optional wall or vesa arm mounting.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
