The ELO 2494L IntelliTouch Single-Touch is a 23.8-inch open-frame interactive flat panel optimized for single-finger interaction across diverse vertical markets. This SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) touchscreen delivers 1920×1080 Full HD resolution at 60 Hz with a 16 msec response time, combining cost efficiency with the proven reliability SAW technology brings to education, hospitality, retail, and government sectors.
The display achieves 225 nits brightness with wide 178-degree viewing angles for shared environments and multi-user scenarios. Connectivity is comprehensive for its class: HDMI 1.3, VGA, DisplayPort 1.1a, and RS232 serial for integration with legacy systems. Power efficiency is strong at 15.24W (75% brightness) and 17.46W (full brightness), with only 1.07W in sleep and 0.2W in off mode, making extended operation economical. The bezel model supports flexible mounting via 200×100mm VESA on rear, side mount with included L-brackets, or optional front bezel kit. Operating range spans 0°C to 40°C with 20–80% RH, ensuring reliable performance across climates and continuous deployment.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
