Description
The ELO 1598L is a 15-inch open-frame touchscreen built for point-of-sale, industrial monitoring, and embedded system integration. AccuTouch technology (five-wire resistive) provides reliable single-touch input across diverse environments, including wet or gloved operation. 1024×768 resolution delivers clear text and graphics for transactional displays and data entry interfaces. Antiglare surface protection reduces reflections in fluorescent and LED lighting.
AccuTouch brightness of 400 nits ensures legibility even under harsh industrial or retail lighting. 85°±/170° horizontal and 85°±/170° vertical viewing angles accommodate standing operators and side access. DisplayPort V1.1a and HDMI with VGA analog input support both legacy systems and modern signal chains. 35ms touch response is suitable for standard POS workflows, while RS232 serial and USB touch ports enable peripheral integration (receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners).
Ideal for: Retail checkout counters, industrial workstations, kitchen display systems, government service counters, and fleet management terminals across Oman.

Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
