TouchPro PCAP technology delivers 10-point multi-touch with 30 ms response time, while IP22 enclosure protection and IK07 impact rating ensure durability in dynamic clinical environments. The 1920 × 1080 resolution with 16.7M color depth and 250 nits brightness (225 nits with TouchPro active) provides clinical-grade image quality in a portable form factor. Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
