The BenQ DVY32 is a Zoom-certified 4K conference camera combining wide-angle capture with intelligent AI-powered auto-framing. The 120-degree field of view encompasses entire conference tables in a single shot. Five-times digital zoom allows focus on distant participants or documents without losing overall room context. Superb low-light performance ensures video quality in dimly-lit meeting spaces.
Omnidirectional microphones with active noise suppression reach up to 6 metres, capturing clear audio from all meeting participants regardless of position. Dual-stream support enables simultaneous transmission of multiple video feeds to remote participants. USB 3.0 plug-and-play installation with automatic driver detection provides immediate conferencing capability on standard enterprise systems. Compact dimensions of 180.1 × 47.4 × 44 mm and 0.40 kg weight mount on standard camera stands or ceiling panels.

Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
