Audio is the part of a call people complain about, and room acoustics decide more than the datasheet does. A hard-surfaced room with glass partitions — common in newer offices in Muscat — needs good echo cancellation and careful placement far more than it needs volume, and a long boardroom table needs additional pickup points rather than a louder single unit. Check the microphone pickup range against the actual table length, whether the unit can be daisy-chained or expanded, how it connects over USB or Bluetooth, and whether it is certified for the conferencing platform your organisation runs.
