These terms govern the use of the TouchScreens.ae website and any quotation issued through it. By using the site or requesting a quotation you accept them. Where a written quotation differs from this page, the quotation governs that transaction.
1. Quote-only website
TouchScreens.ae is a business-to-business catalogue, not an online shop. The site does not offer a shopping cart, checkout, online payment or published pricing, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell. Product listings are an invitation to request a quotation.
2. Quotations
- A quotation responds to a specific enquiry and is not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
- Each quotation states its own validity period. After that period, pricing, availability and lead times are subject to re-confirmation.
- Quotations cover the models, quantities, delivery location and scope described in the enquiry; a change to any of these may change the quotation.
- Quotations are addressed to the enquiring organisation and are not transferable without our written agreement.
- Obvious errors in a quotation, including typographical and clerical errors, may be corrected before acceptance.
3. Product specifications
Specifications published on this site are taken from manufacturer documentation and follow the manufacturer. Manufacturers may revise specifications, models, firmware and packaging without notice, and the manufacturer's current documentation prevails over any description, image or specification table here. Product images are illustrative and may show accessories that are not included. Where a specification is critical to your requirement, confirm it with us in writing before the order is placed.
4. Availability and lead times
Stock is not reserved by an enquiry or an unconfirmed quotation. Availability and lead times are confirmed per order and may be affected by manufacturer supply, shipping and customs clearance. Where a delivery date is given, we notify you promptly of any change we become aware of.
5. Orders, delivery and installation
An order takes effect when we confirm it in writing against an accepted quotation. Delivery is to the address stated in the quotation. Where installation is in scope, the customer provides safe site access, a suitable and structurally sound mounting surface, and the electrical and network provisions the equipment requires. Work that cannot proceed because the site is not ready may require a return visit, agreed in advance.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to each model, on the manufacturer's terms and for the period the manufacturer states. We do not extend or replace that warranty. Claims are handled through the manufacturer or its authorised service partner, and we will assist in raising and following one up. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect third-party installation, power irregularities or physical damage.
7. Website content
We take reasonable care to keep catalogue information accurate, but do not warrant that every listing is free of error or omission. Brand names, product names, model numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. Site content may not be copied or republished commercially without our written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the value of the goods supplied under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, use or data.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any quotation or supply arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
