Delivery and Installation in Oman
TouchScreens.ae delivers interactive flat panels, digital signage, video conferencing equipment, OPS modules, mounts and accessories to sites across the Sultanate of Oman — Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the governorates. Delivery is arranged as part of the order rather than chosen at a checkout: this website is quote-only, so the delivery address, the delivery method and any delivery or installation charge are stated on the quotation issued for your project.
Lead times are confirmed per order
We hold local stock in Oman for fast-moving models — interactive panels, mounts and video conferencing accessories — which shortens delivery for urgent rollouts. Items not held locally are supplied on the manufacturer lead time for that part number. Because lead time depends on the model, the quantity, the configuration and the current supply position of the manufacturer, it is confirmed in writing on the quotation, and again when the purchase order is acknowledged. Send the MPN and quantity to info@touchscreens.ae and we will confirm current availability before you build it into a project programme.
Site readiness for large-format displays
Panels of 65 inches and above are heavy two-person loads with glass fronts, and a delivery that cannot be completed usually costs a project more than the wait. Before a scheduled delivery or installation, please confirm that:
- The wall or structure at the mounting position has been checked and will carry the panel and the mount, and the mount is rated for the panel weight and VESA pattern
- The access route is clear — door widths, corridor turns, stairs, and lift dimensions and availability where the room is not at ground level
- Power, and any required data outlet, are live at the mounting position
- Other trades in the room have finished, and the area is clean, dry and free of obstruction
- A safe unloading area is available, and site access, security clearance and permitted working hours have been arranged
- A named site contact will be present to give access and sign for the delivery
Installation
Professional installation is available across Oman through our own team and certified installers. Where installation forms part of your order, its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so that anything outside that scope, such as builder work, containment or network provision, is clear before the visit. For projects outside Oman we work through our partner network in GCC states and selected African markets, through the same quotation channel.
Receiving a delivery
Inspect the cartons on arrival, count the items against the delivery note, and record any damage or shortage on the delivery note before signing it. Report damage to us immediately, with photographs of the packaging and of the unit as received. Handling of damage found at delivery is covered in our Return Policy.
